What?

I haven't posted something on here in over a year? Man, I'm bad at this.

Well, I guess you've figured out at this point that I'm still alive. Yay…I think.

A lot's happened over the past year but I can't/don't want to/shouldn't get into all of that. If you know me in real life, feel free to ask but be well aware that I may not feel comfortable answering [due to the nature of some of it and whatnot].

On a separate note, I'm hoping to graduate with an A.S. from my community college once this semester's over (the plan's to make this the last semester). I've already been accepted to SUNY Oneonta. I've still got something to do for SUNY New Paltz and then begin to play the waiting game with them.

On a similar note, I'm switching my major from Criminal Justice to Theater Arts. Hence my application as a transfer student to Oneonta and New Paltz.

I think that about covers all the update type things that I can discuss… Thanks for sticking around and all that.

College and stuff

I know I haven't been putting posts up anywhere near as much as I should. (I really do apologize for the late posting.)

So far college has been an interesting experience. I don't want to get too much into detail because any details I give you could come back to bite me in the ass. But I will tell you that it's been interesting so far.

The movie adaptation of J.R.R. Tolken's The Hobbit hit movie theaters December 14, 2012. I saw it on December 18, 2012 with my mom. Let me tell you...if you haven't seen it yet, you should. Martin Freeman is perfect as Bilbo Baggins. He's legit adorable. (If you don't know who Martin Freeman is and you watch BBC's Sherlock, he's John Watson. I have yet to see this show but now I want to. You go, Martin Freeman!!)

And if that wasn't enough, I saw Marvel's The Avengers Memorial Day weekend (2012). I kept hearing on other websites (social media sites) that fangirls were flocking to the villain more than the 6 super heroes. So, I was naturally interested to see why. Upon seeing the film in the movie theater with a group of friends, I immediately understood. The villain, Loki, is played by an actor by the name of Tom Hiddleston. And I personally, along with many other fangirls apparently, found him more attractive than the six actors/actresses they had playing the 6 person team called The Avengers.

Anyway, I suppose you're caught up enough for now and don't want to hear me fangirling all over the place anymore. So, good luck to you and have a wonderful life.

College!! With a little bit of high school.

I'm in college now, you guys!! I just finished my first year (my second semester) on May 11th of this year.

I'm. So. Excited. College is beautiful. I love it. Granted, it's a community college but it's a college all the same. I mean, I'm going to transfer after I get my AS degree so that I can get my BS degree.

But, yeah. Uhm. Doing stage crew at college is just as fun for me as doing stage crew at high school. It's different, but I like it all the same. It's still a fun hobby for me.

My senior year of high school our musical was Once On This Island. It was a fun show to work on.

o hai

So, I'm back from my hiatus. At least for now.

I'm a freshman in college now. I'm almost done with my first semester. I'm enjoying it so far. I want to say I've grown as a person but I'm not completely sure. I've been told I've grown. That's good enough for me, I suppose. I've taken most of my finals already. I just have to take my CRJ 101 (Criminal Justice 101) final and I'll be done with finals. I'm all out of remedial classes. How do I know this, you ask?? I was told my score on my math and english finals. I passed them, so now I'm in 101 for each. Things are going well. I've made new friends and I know I can't live, for lack of better wording, without [some of] them.

So this was basically to update whoever reads this and to let you know that I'm not dead yet. Have a nice life and until next time.

So, I'm graduating soon.

So, I'm graduating high school soon and then going off to community college. I know this is kind of a big deal, but I don't want to make a big deal out of it. You know what I mean? (black and yellow)

Don't get me wrong, I want to go to college. But I'm concerned that I'll have to stay at community college longer than two years. I'm in two remedial classes and they both take up room that I don't have because they don't give me credits towards graduating and/or my degree. And I want to be able to transfer to a four-year college after two years at community college but who knows if I'll actually be able to do that?

Geez...I'm freaking out right now. I need to relax. Well, I'm off. It was nice publishing a post again. :)

Where'd you go February?

It's March now.
I still like the classes I have now. :)

The teenage whatchamacallit has for sure run its course now.
It's all gone; however, there are still small traces of it there (like moving on after being in love).
It's just a memory now-a-days, so the worst of it definitely over.

Why hello thar February.

So, it's February now. That means That not only am I officially 18 years old BUT it also means that I'm a second semester senior. So far I like the second semester half year classes that replaced the first semester half year classes. That's a good sign. Right? In any case, that's how it is right now. :)
